Here’s how it works

1. Fill in the form on this page
2. A welcome message will be sent to your email address
3. Locksquad will phone you within 48 hours to arrange payment and post a coded key tag to your address
4. Place the Squad Card key tag on your keyring
5. All cards are coded with an ID number, so that if that set of keys is lost and returned to the nearest police station, the keys will be traced to our system and returned to the right owner.
6. Locksquad gives the opportunity for tenants to hand over their second set of keys, that we hold as these keys are kept in our commercial safe and are accessible 24 hours on call.  A service fee will apply.
